The CMAA has delegated the responsibility for mine victim assistance to the Ministry of Social Affairs, Veterans, and Youth Rehabilitation (MoSAVY) so that their activities can be better integrated with the Royal Government of Cambodia's overall victim assistance efforts. The Disability Action Council (DAC), the national focal point on disability issues, provides technical support to the MoSAVY and coordinates services for people with disabilities. Of the 43 organizations providing disability services in Cambodia, 26 are involved in mine victim assistance, with 4 focusing solely on this issue.
