ឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌិត លី ធុជ ទេសរដ្ឋមន្រ្តី និងជាអនុប្រធានទី១ អាជ្ញាធរមីន បានអញ្ជើញជាអធិបតីក្នុងពិធីចុះហត្ថលេខាលើអនុស្សារណៈយោគយល់គ្នារវាងអាជ្ញាធរមីន និងអង្គការ Mayaguez Memorial VFW Post 11575
On 03 March 2026, at the headquarters of the CMAA, H.E. Dr. Ly Thuch, Senior Minister and First Vice President of the CMAA, presided over the signing ceremony of a Memorandum of Understanding between the CMAA and the Mayaguez Memorial VFW Post 11575 on supporting victims of landmines and explosive remnants of war.
The Memorandum of Understanding was signed by H.E. Ly Panharith, Secretary-General representing the CMAA, and Mr. Gary Kidd representing the Mayaguez Memorial VFW Post 11575.
The Senior Minister emphasized that all activities under this Memorandum of Understanding will be implemented in accordance with Cambodia’s national framework and policies on mine action and victim assistance, with responsibility toward the Cambodian people.
At the same time, the Senior Minister welcomed and expressed his gratitude to the Mayaguez Memorial VFW Post 11575 for its sacrifice, generosity, and commitment to stand with Cambodian victims. The Senior Minister also highly appreciated the organization’s commitment to contributing to support persons with disabilities and to partnering in strengthening support for Cambodia’s vision of a mine-free country.
